Miami shooting leaves man dead

MIAMI — Police in Miami are investigating a shooting that left a 38-year-old man dead.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says John Allen Largent was found dead by police at about 10 a.m. Saturday after a caller told officers someone had been shot.

The Tulsa World reports that Largent was found lying at the address given with a single gunshot wound.

A witness told investigators that the shooting was accidental.

The alleged shooter was not arrested.

Miami police and the OSBI are investigating.
