Students invited to listen to journal publisher

NORMAN — Local high school students are invited to a talk tonight by Will Fitzhugh, founder and publisher of the Concord Review, the only academic journal dedicated to publishing the scholarly research of high school students.

Fitzhugh has written extensively about the importance and dying art of the term paper and has been featured in articles in national newspapers and journals, including the New York Times.

The talk will be from 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m. today on the campus of the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics, 1141 N. Lincoln Blvd. in Oklahoma City.

Space is limited so students should RSVP through Johanna Lee or Lori Webster at the school, 521-6436.
