NORMAN — A Norman man was charged Wednesday in Cleveland County District Court with two counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16.
Christopher Ray Flores, 30, allegedly touched a 9-year-old boy twice in a lewd and lascivious manner for sexual gratification, according to the charges filed.
The document stated the first incident occurred on or between May 31, 2009, and May 30, 2012.
The boy was between the ages of six and eight at the time of the first incident. Charges stated that the second incident occurred on or between May 31, 2011, and Dec. 31, 2012, during which time the boy was between the ages of eight and nine.
The affidavit filed with the charges said Flores admitted to three separate occasions of touching the boy in a lewd manner.
Meghan McCormick, public information officer for the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office, said Wednesday there was no record of Flores being booked into Cleveland County’s jail.
