I-35 fatality

NORMAN — Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials confirmed one fatality in an accident on southbound I-35 Monday afternoon.

The accident was reported at approximately 12:55 p.m. and had southbound I-35 traffic, south of Robinson Street, shut down for hours. Traffic was detoured onto the Robinson exit while the accident was cleaned up.

It is unknown at this time how many vehicles were involved in the crash.
