NORMAN — Bruce Prescott, Ph.D., executive director of Mainstream Oklahoma Baptists, an organization that promotes progressive Christianity, interfaith dialogue and separation of religion and government, will present “How Religion Influences Politics in Oklahoma” at 7 p.m. on Sept. 30.
The presentation is sponsored by United Church of Norman, UCC and will be held at United Ministry Center, 1017 Elm Ave.
This is the first in the 2012-2013 speakers series sponsored by the United Church of Norman, UCC.
