OU softball squad still undefeated

The Norman Transcript

NORMAN — Oklahoma remained perfect on the season Friday with a 5-2 win over UC Santa Barbara at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic in Palm Springs, Calif.

Brittany Williams and Lauren Chamberlain led the offense for the Sooners, with Williams going a perfect 3 for 3 at the plate with two RBIs while Chamberlain hit her seventh home run of the season.

Michelle Gascoigne picked up her seventh win of the season, remaining undefeated as OU moved to 13-0. Gascoigne struck out 11 in the win.
