NORMAN — Verna Burton, 67, of Oklahoma City, died Dec. 28, 2012, in Oklahoma City. She was born and raised in Norman.

No services are set at this time.

She was preceded in death by father, Geromey King; mother, Addie Jewel Koziolek; and brother, Geromey King II.

She is survived by one sister, Patricia Pace; children Johnnie Moore, Charles and Monnie Slawson and Rhonda Henderson; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are by Absolute Funeral Home.
