NORMAN — Chad Loveless, 34, of Iowa City, Iowa, and formerly of Norman, died peacefully of heart failure on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012.
Chad’s family, extended family and many friends and co-workers will grieve his loss and celebrate his life. A gathering for family and friends will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds in Norman.
Chad was born on Oct. 17, 1978, in Norman, the son of Terry and Anette (Soldolski) Loveless. He was raised in Norman and was a 1997 graduate of Norman High School.
On July 29, 1997, Chad married Katherin Nicole Pezant in Norman. For nearly the last five years, Chad worked for Proctor & Gamble in Iowa City, most recently as a Line Technician. He loved to fish and was an avid sports fan (especially of the Oklahoma Sooners). Most importantly, Chad loved to spend time with his wife and their children.
Chad was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bill Loveless; his grandmother, Gertrude Soldolski; a great-grandfather Scott Loveless, and his best friend, Jason Bruce.
Survivors include his wife, Nikki, and their three children, Cason (14), Laney (12) and Cloey (7); his father and step-mother Terry and Peg Loveless; his mother, Anette Soldolski; a sister, Terran; his two brothers, Dustin and wife Tasha and their children Tanner, Tayden and Kellen, and Blake and wife Tiffany and their son Maddox; his grandmother, Ruby Loveless; great-grandmother, Lula Loveless; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his loving family of in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to The Asthma Foundation or to The American Heart Society.
