Wanda Marie Smallwood

The Norman Transcript

NORMAN — Wanda Marie Smallwood, 84, passed into her Lord's arms Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, in Norman.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at First Baptist Church of Moore. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, at Primrose Funeral Service. Arrangements are by Primrose Funeral Service,

Wanda was born May 5, 1928, in Anadarko.

She graduated from Fort Cobb High School and attended Oklahoma Baptist University. On July 31, 1948, she married William Dale Smallwood. She retired from York International. She enjoyed bowling and time with family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Grace Marie and Thomas Orthie Eads, and her brother Dale Eads.

Wanda is survived by her two brothers Earl and wife Kitty Eads, Hubert and wife Louella Eads; sister in-law Bobbie Smallwood; four children Charles Ray and wife Barbara Smallwood, Shirley and husband Mike Thompson, Glenn and wife Danelia Smallwood and Thomas Smallwood and Lynda Goode; 14 grandchildren, Chris and wife Pam Gay, Jodi and husband Justin Bain, Tracy and husband Davin Lancaster, Zac Thompson, Chuck and wife Luisa Smallwood, Matthew and wife Kasey Smallwood, Amy Smallwood, Chase Smallwood and Josh Smallwood; and seven great-grandchildren Braden, Luke, Natalie, Topher, Ellie, Miles, Gibson; and many other family and friends.
