Featuring Noble's own Tiffany Guthrie, the world-traveling Northern Oklahoma College Roustabouts will join with the Blackwell High School Vocal Music Department for one performance 7:30 p.m. Feb. 13 in the Blackwell High School Auditorium.
General admission tickets for the benefit concert at the door are $5 for adults and $3 for students in elementary school, junior high school and high school. Proceeds will be divided between the Roustabouts and the Blackwell Vocal Music Department, sponsor of the show.
The Roustabouts will open with "Circus" and have a finale of past hits, "Through the Years Medley" highlighting Guthrie on the "Shoop Shoop Song."
