Norman — Noel Anne Tiedge of Ashburn, Va., and Andrew Dobry of Norman have planned a Nov. 6 wedding at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Norman.
The bride-elect is the daughter of David Tiedge Sr. and Jodi Tiedge of Ashburn, Va. She is a 2006 graduate of Stonebridge High School in Ashburn and is a senior at the University of Oklahoma.
The prospective groom is the son of Brian Dobry and Tammy Dobry of Norman. He is a 2006 graduate of Norman North High School and also is a senior at OU. He is employed at his father’s CPA firm, Brian Dodry, CPA.
