Tonie Champeau and Keith Swenson, both of Norman, have announced plans for a Dec. 4 wedding at Bethel Baptist Church.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Charles and Betty Warren.
The prospective groom is the son of Lorraine Swenson and the late Ernest Swenson.
