NORMAN — Chelsea Lee Yocham and Stephen Blake Jenkinson, both of Midland, Texas, will exchanged wedding vows on Sept. 21, 2013, in Fort Worth, Texas.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Maralee and David Welsheimer, LaGrange, Ind., and Owen Yocham, Midland. She graduated in 2010 from Indiana University with a bachelor of arts degree. She is a member of the Court Appointed Special Advocates, Permian Association of Lease Title Analyst and the National Association of Lease Title Analyst. She is employed as a land technician at ConocoPhillips, Midland.

The future groom is the son of Steve and Jenny Jenkinson, Norman. He attended Norman High School and is a 2010 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor of business administration degree. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen and the Permian Basin Landman Association. He is employed with ConocoPhillips in Midland as a petroleum landman.
