The Norman Transcript

NORMAN — Katrina Marie Hunsaker and Alex Richard Derby, both of Naples, Fla., were married on May 5, on the beach in Naples.

Parents of the bride are Merle and Amy Hunsaker of Norman.

The groom is the son of Richard Derby of Naples, and Patricia Derby of Delray Beach, Fla.

The bride was born and raised in Norman. She graduated from Norman High School in 1997. She then got her degrees in marketing and education from Florida Gulf Coast University. She teaches first grade at The Village School in Naples.

The groom was born and raised in Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1996 with a business degree in marketing and management. He is the senior vice president of sales operations for ASG Software.

The couple is making their home in Naples.
