Tarp, Ethridge

NORMAN — Mallory Erin Tarp and Zachary Wayne Ethridge, both of Fort Worth, Texas, exchanged wedding vows on Jan. 5, at Christ Chapel Bible Church, Fort Worth. Jason Bradshaw, ordained minister of Universal Life Church, officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Casey Tarp, Shreveport, La., Keli Pirtle, Purcell, and Paulo and Jennifer Jacuzzi, Little Rock, Ark.

The groom is the son of Jeff and Tracy Ethridge, Hot Springs, Ark.

Music performed during the ceremony was provided by Peter Bay, vocalist and guitarist, Jennie Kologe, violinist, and Charlotte Mann, vocalist.

“Be Thou Exalted” was the bridal processional.

The bride wore an ivory Justin Alexander “Juliana” strapless dress of Bordeaux taffeta featuring a soft sweetheart-ruched bodice with tulle draping, a beaded belt at the natural waist, full skirt with tulle apron overlay, buttons over the back zipper and chapel-length train. Badgley Mischka light blue heels, to match the bridesmaid’s dresses, a vintage fur stole and a Sara Gabriel veil completed the bride’s ensemble.

She carried a bouquet in shades of white and ivory into bisque and blush tones. The bouquet was round with the stems tied in an ivory satin ribbon. Florals included pale pink peonies, O’Hara, patience, Juliette garden roses, vendela, quicksand and Sahara open cut roses, white hydrangea, ranunculus, winter berries and subtle touches of lambs ear throughout.

Maid of honor was Ellie Flory, Amarillo, Texas.

Bridesmaids were Brooke Turkington, Ardmore, Lorene Agather, Dallas, and Selden Wigginton, Houston.

Best man was Sean Howard, Dallas.

Groomsmen were Dakota Ethridge, Logan Ethridge and Andy Lee, all of Hot Springs.

Flower girls were Kendall and Cameron Norman, daughters of Jim and Julie Norman, Indianapolis, Ind.

A reception took place at Stonegate Mansion, Fort Worth.

Guest book attendants were Sara Katherine Braucher, Fort Worth, and Charlotte Mann, Dallas.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Norman High School and a 2012 graduate of Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, with a bachelor of science degree in strategic communication. She is a social media and marketing specialist at the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame.

The groom is a 2007 graduate of Lake Hamilton High School, Lake Hamilton, Ark., and a 2011 graduate, Texas Christian University with a bachelor of business administration. He is a contract lease analyst at XTO Energy, Fort Worth.

Following a honeymoon to Sugar Beach Resort, St. Lucia, the couple resides in Fort Worth.
