McCampbells celebrate 50th anniversary

The Norman Transcript

NORMAN — Jim and Barbara (Lee) McCampbell, Norman, were married Feb. 10, 1963.

Jim and Barbara have lived in Norman since 1973. Jim served as the Cleveland County District Conservationist until his retirement in 2001. Barbara worked at Cleveland Elementary, Norman High School and Norman North High School.

The couple’s only child, Sheri Vera, and husband, John, live in Norman. Sheri teaches fourth grade at Cleveland Elementary. John is in-house counsel for Integris Health.

The couple have two grandchildren, James and Jennifer Vera.
