Real estate transactions

Norman-based Equity Commercial Realty LLC recently announced the following leases:

· Big Foot Creative leased 4,200 square feet of industrial space at 101 Triad at Triad Business Park. The space will be used for a screen printing business.

· MMRE LLC leased 2,400 square feet of office space at 1410 N. Porter Ave. The space will be used for general office space.

· Mase Ramey, DDS, leased 800 square feet of office space at 2600 Van Buren St., Suite 2601A. The space will be used for a dental office.

· Sherri Williamson, DO, PLLC leased 3,134 square feet of office space at 3201 W. Tecumseh Road, Suite 230. The space will be used for a medical office.

· Daily Donuts leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 740B W. Main St. The space will be used for a donut shop.

· Populous Group Inc. leased 1,070 square feet of office space at 2600 Van Buren St. The space will be used as an architectural office.

· Cindy Allen, PLLC leased office space at 222 E. Eufaula St., Suite 240. The space will be used as an attorney's office.

· The Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA) leased 1,745 square feet of office space at 2600 Van Buren St., Suite 2601. The space will be used for general office space.

· On-Site Jeweler leased 1,300 square feet of retail space at 2108A W. Lindsey St. The space will be used for a jewelry store.

· United Christian Fellowship Church leased 1,776 square feet of office space at 517 E. Robinson St. The space will be used for a church.

Equity Realty also announced a lease in Moore:

· Yogurt Bliss, LLC leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 1609 S. Interstate 35 Service Road. The space will be used for an organic frozen yogurt store.
