Six single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $1,143,990 with average value of $190,665.

Two single-family addition/alteration applications were submitted valued at $114,000.

One single-family permit was submitted to replace a wild fire damaged storage building at 13181 E. Cedar Ln. with a value of $200,000.
