Transcript Staff

NOBLE -- The Noble Holiday Gala will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Noble Public Library, 204 N. 5th St.

The Gala, which is a cooperative effort between the Noble Chamber of Commerce and the Noble Public Library, will feature performances by the Pioneer Intermediate School Honor Choir, the Noble High School Band, the Noble High School Choir and Elvis impersonator, Dean Guthrie.

There will be crafts for the kids, a Christmas story time and a special appearance by Santa. Parents are encouraged to bring their own cameras to capture their child's visit with Santa. Winners of the second annual Noble Holiday Lights contest will also be announced.

"We are looking forward to the Holiday Gala, it is a true community event," said Christine Frank, Executive Director of the Noble Chamber of Commerce. "It is a time when the community comes together for fellowship and to enjoy the beginning of the holiday season."

The Noble Holiday Gala Task Force would like to thank Brockhaus Flowers and Gifts, Noble Sonic, Tom Thomas (Farmers Insurance), Carolyn Little (Carolyn Little Realty), Lola Richards (First State Bank), Ozarka and Keith and Kathy Springstead for their donations.
