NHS student to perform at Macy's Day Parade
A local student will perform Thursday in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.
Stephen Meiller, a senior at Norman High School, was selected to perform in Macy's Great American Marching Band, which features students from all 50 states.
He plays the French horn in the Norman High School Wind Ensemble, and also was selected as a member of the Central Oklahoma Director's Association Band in October. In addition, Meiller is a band section leader, and was also elected homecoming king for Norman High.
