NEW: $7 million lottery winner still elusive

7, 9, 18, 21, 33: This number combination will make one ticket holder about $7 million richer. The Oklahoma Lottery Commission, however, doesn't know who the identity of the ticket holder.
These Hot Lotto numbers were drawn on Nov. 7. The Hot Ball number was 8.The ticket was purchased at the Homeland store located at 1110 W. Main St. in Norman, but the buyer of the ticket has yet to come forward.
Katy Smith, advertising/promotion coordinator for the lottery commission, said waiting to claim a prize is common, especially when there is a large money sum involved. She said many people choose to seek financial advice before claiming their prize.
"It's not uncommon for people to take a week or a few months to claim," she said. The ticket holder has until May 6, 2010 to claim the prize.
