The City of Norman's offices will be closed Veterans Day, although trash service will run Wednesday.
Cleveland County offices also will be closed in observance of Veterans Day.
Most banks, because the Federal Reserve will not operate on Veterans Day, won't be open, either.
The U.S. Postal Service will not deliver mail and post offices will not be open on Veterans Day.
