The Noble Board of Education has announced that candidates interested in running for the Office 5 of the school board may file beginning Dec. 7.
Candidates must file with the Cleveland County Election Board, 122 S. Peters Ave. in Norman, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Dec. 7 through Dec. 9. More information is available from the school district at 872-3452 or the election board, 366-010.

The City of Noble has a new Web site. Check it out at www.cityofnoble.org.
The city will be posting a calendar of events, agenda for the city council meeting and code ordinances. Soon Noble residents will be able to open utility accounts online through the Web site.

11 a.m. a.m. to 4:30 p.m., free flu shots will be available at Noble Public Schools' Administration building at 111 S. 4th Street for children age 6 months to 18 years.
Friday
The city has deemed this as the official Trick-or-Treat night in Noble. From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. p.m. the Noble Library is sponsoring treats for kids followed by the classic movie with the Peanuts gang from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
From 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Haunting Main Street will be sponsored by the Noble Chamber of Commerce. Merchants along Main Street from Pecan Street to the Post Office will hand out candy to trick-or-treaters.
5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Trunk-or-Treat will be sponsored by First Baptist Church at 4th and Chestnut. Decorated cars will line the street in front of the church. The street will be blocked off so kids can safely trick-or-treat from car trunk to car trunk, providing a safe Halloween experience. There will be activities at the church as well. Everyone is welcome. Those wanting to decorate a car can bring it to the church at 5 p.m. For more information, call the church office at 872-9000.
