The Norman Police Department will be hosting a child passenger safety check-up event at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds 1-3 p.m. Friday. This is in conjunction with the Just Between Friends children’s clothing consignment sale. A limited amount of car seats available for eligible families.
It is estimated four out of five car seats are installed incorrectly, Master Police Officer Jennifer Newell said.
