Parents Helping Parents cancels Jan. 8 session
During the 2008-2009 school year, Norman Parents Helping Parents has been hosting a six-part speaker series, "Choices and Challenges of Early High School and Beyond," focusing on the substance abuse problem among our youth.
The Jan. 8 session, fourth in the series, titled "What to Do When You See the Signs," has been canceled due to the conflict with the BCS National Championship football game. The topic and speakers will be integrated into the Feb. 12 meeting.
