Sheriff's deputies arrested a Lexington man Wednesday, and rescued a woman and two of her children, after the man allegedly went to the woman's home and raped her, then took her and the kids to his Lexington residence at gunpoint.
Henry Dean Dye, 30, was charged Thursday with first-degree rape by force and fear and kidnapping.
According to court documents, a woman called the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office Wednesday, reporting a distress call she'd received from her friend, the victim, who'd identified her attacker before hanging up. The woman said she'd gone to the victim's home, where she found her friend's cell phone on the floor near the back door. Her friend subsequently had called the phone, and told her the man had come to the house, put a gun to her head and made her and her children go with him to his residence. Deputies converged on the residence and arrested Dye when he went outside the home.
The victim told police Dye had gone to her home and one of her kids had opened the door for him. The man put a gun to her head and forced her into the bedroom where he raped her, she said. The victim said she'd complied with Dye and gone with him to his house for fear he would hurt her or her kids.
Dye, when interviewed by police, said the woman had invited him to her home, willingly had sex with him and voluntarily went with him to his residence.
Other felonies filed Thursday include:
· Tom Gene Morgan, 54, Noble, assault and battery upon a police officer;
· Craig Alan Lummus, 38, Oklahoma City, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;
· Tiffany Nichole Moore, 22, Moore, unlawfully maintaining a residence used to keep or sell a controlled dangerous substance;
· Megan Elise Kinter, 23, Moore, unlawfully maintaining a residence used to keep or sell a controlled dangerous substance; unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a school;
· Bobby Lee Piearcy, 34, Choctaw, unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a school;
· Amber Renee Mills, 21, Oklahoma City, unlawful possession of a controlled drug.
