County launches new Web site

Cleveland County has launched a new Web site, www.ccok.us, which features multiple links to help residents locate information on a variety of county facilities and services.

The site has information on county facilities and services and includes cities, schools, sheriff, jail, police and fire stations, health and human services programs, regional services centers, clambers of commerce, recreational facilities, libraries, packs and senior centers.

"Providing a more responsive, transparent and accountable County government is one of our highest priorities, and this new Web site will help us achieve that goal,'" said County Commissioner Rusty Sullivan. This Web site will increase the accessibility to Cleveland County programs and services by helping visitors easily find the information they are seeking."

"The County is committed to continue in it's efforts to improve and simplify access to information. The ongoing improvements in technology will help to better provide convenient information sources to residents."
