OCU students in show

Three Oklahoma City University students are competing in a scavenger hunt across six Frontier Country locations in a holiday television show airing this month.

\Frontier Country Marketing Association, central Oklahoma's multi-county tourism organization, produced the 30-minute "Frontier Country Christmas Challenge" to highlight Christmas events and attractions in central Oklahoma.

The holiday show also is available for free downloads from Cox Communication's FreeZone through Dec. 31 and is viewable on the Frontier Country Web site www.oktourism.com.

At each location, contestants Jerome Braggs of Oklahoma City, Jason Poorboy of Coweta and Lauren Rieger of Norman must participate in holiday activities in order to get their assignment clue to the next destination. At the end of their hunt they are tested on their memory of event details in order to win the grand prize.

The holiday show airs on:

Oklahoma City's Cox Channel 7 at 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 22 and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 29.
