Fugitive nabbed in Norman
NORMAN, Okla. (AP) - A man wanted for questioning in a homicide in Arizona has been taken into custody in Norman.
U.S. Marshals and Norman police arrested 33-year-old Toby Gaspard without incident Thursday at the home of a relative in central Norman.
Deputy John Thomas with the U.S. Marshals Office says Gaspard is a known white supremacist wanted on numerous weapons charges. Thomas says Gaspard also is the main suspect in a homicide in Maricopa County, Ariz.
Gaspard is being held at the Cleveland County Jail awaiting extradition back to Arizona.
