Police said two of the men took two shopping carts full of merchandise out an emergency exit of an east-side department store Sept. 28. Two men took a 26-inch flat screen TV valued at $548 through the same exit Oct. 1, police said.
Two of the suspects acted at separate times as lookouts, police said.
