Brady Henderson, a Cleveland County assistant district attorney, was named one of four statewide winners of an award for excellence in action against domestic violence.
Henderson was nominated by Cleveland County District Attorney Greg Mashburn. Other winners are Lt. David Jones, Sapulpa Police Department; Carolyn Husman, Canadian County, a coordinator of Women's Service and Family Resource Center in El Reno and Luanna Parker, a volunteer at Women's Haven in Duncan.
"In maintaining his devout concern for the victims, Brady is very proactive when it comes to victims' rights and seeking nothing but justice," Mashburn said.
Sponsors are the Oklahoma District Attorneys Council, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Oklahoma Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.
