Among the felonies filed Friday in Cleveland County District Court were charges alleging rape, filed against two Norman residents.

Brandon Wayne Brown, 33, Norman, was charged with first-degree rape by instrumentation; forcible sodomy and lewd acts with a child.

According to court documents, a 9-year-old girl told authorities she'd been molested over the past two years at a residence in the 2000 block of Cimarron Circle and another residence on Twisted Oaks.

A warrant was issued for Brown's arrest, and to detain him on $50,000 bond.

In an unrelated case, David John Leslie, 43, Norman, was charged with first-degree rape by instrumentation and lewd acts with a child, after former conviction of a felony.
