Goodbye Dr. Belknap
Dozens of Norman Regional Health System employees and some workers from nearby medical offices stood along Porter Avenue Thursday afternoon to honor the funeral procession of Dr. Hal Belknap. The longtime Norman physician died Sunday at age 73. He was remembered in services at the Alameda Church of Christ.
