Norman police are investigating a car-train collision that occurred about 7 p.m. Friday at the Acres Street crossing in Norman.

Lt. Jamie Shattuck of the Norman Police Department said details are sketchy at this time, but “the car was occupied by at least one person, who was taken to the hospital.”

Traffic remained blocked at the Acres, Gray, Main, Eufaula and Duffy street crossings until about 8:40 p.m.
