Child pornography charges were filed Thursday in Cleveland County District Court against a Norman man.
Bobby John Lee, 43, Norman, was charged with possession of child pornography, and use of a computer to violate an Oklahoma law.
According to court documents, police served a search warrant Jan. 2 at Lee's residence in the 200 block of East Ridge Road. Prior to service of the warrant, police said Lee admitted to having "three videos and 114 photographs," all child pornography, on his computer at his residence.
Police said they confiscated Lee's computer and sent it to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for a forensic examination. OSBI investigators said they observed two video clips and 184 images of children under 16 engaging in sexual intercourse and various acts with adults.
Lee was jailed on a $50,000 bond.
Also Thursday, Delbert Eugene Lay, 46, Norman, was charged with lewd molestation of a minor, and jailed on a $100,000 bond.
The victim, a 14-year-old girl, during a forensic interview Dec. 31, said she was asleep in the living room of her residence Dec. 23, when the suspect fondled her breasts. The victim's mother said she walked in and observed the act, police said. The suspect, when interviewed, admitted the allegations, police said.
And, Joseph Keith Stone, 33, Noble, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree rape with the victim under the age of 16; and two counts of forcible oral sodomy.
Police said Stone, between Oct. 1, 2006, and Jan. 31, 2007, engaged in sexual intercourse and oral sex with a 15-year-old girl.
The girl, when interviewed, said she engaged in sex by her own free will when she was 15 and the defendant was 32.
Other charges filed Thursday include:
Linda Jo Box, also known as Linda Jo Stanley, 38, Moore, failure to register as a sex offender; unlawful registration within a prohibited area; and moving from a registered address without notification;
Sheila John, 36, Rio Rancho, N.M., operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol;
Brett Robert McEvers, 27, fugitive complaint;
Sonya Marie Lewis, 35, Moore, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;
James Dean Davis, 18, Norman, two counts of second-degree burglary (automobile);
