Several churches in Norman will host services Wednesday and Thursday in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
A Thanksgiving Mass will be said at 7 p.m. today at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 211 N. Porter Ave. The Mass will feature the exchange of blessed breads for people to share with their families.
St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 1601 W. Imhoff Road, will host a Thanksgiving Eve Holy Communion service at 7 p.m. today. A nursery will be provided.
The First Church of Christ, Scientist, 510 Santa Fe Ave., will offer a Thanksgiving service at 10 a.m. Thursday.
Trinity Lutheran Church, 603 Classen Blvd., will host a Thanksgiving Day communion service at 10 a.m. Thursday. The service theme will be "Thanks for Home, Country and Church."
