The fall season of the Chickasaw Nation Get Fresh! Cooking shows will resume in October.
Offering nutrition education for the whole family, Get Fresh! gives free recipes, samples and ideas to get families to eat healthy.
The live and interactive shows are free and open to the public. They are hosted in the Get Fresh! kitchen in the Purcell Nutrition Services building, 1530 Hardcastle Blvd. in Purcell.
Qualifying participants will receive incentives to attend. For more information, call 527-6967 to ask for dates and times or to be put on the mailing list for calendars.
