A Norman man is being charged with propositioning a young girl via the Internet, according to charges filed Friday in Cleveland County District Court.
Christopher Allan Hollrah, 47, was charged with indecent proposal to a child; lewd acts with a child; and attempted lewd acts with a child.
According to police, Hollrah was contacted by a 15-year-old girl who learned he was an author. Investigators said Hollrah's communication with the girl soon became sexual in nature, and said Hollrah exposed himself to the girl "on three or four occasions" between April 1 and July 2, using a Web cam.
Investigators interviewed Hollrah, and said he admitted his communication with the girl. He also admitted communicating with another girl, who investigators learned was a "troller" for the anti-pedophile organization Perverted Justice, police said.
