Man charged in alleged meth sale

A Norman man is accused of delivering methamphetamine to an undercover police officer last January.

Justin Ryan Hatcher, 19, was charged Wednesday with unlawful delivery of a controlled drug within 2,000 feet of a school.

According to court documents, an undercover Norman detective purchased four grams of methamphetamine for $200 Jan. 24, near a convenience store on Campus Corner.

Other felonies filed recently include:

• Jesse Robert Polston Jr., 40, Norman, four counts of knowingly concealing stolen property;

• Auston Epps Castleberry, 20, Norman, knowingly concealing stolen property;

• Cody Dewayne Hunter, 19, Edmond, knowingly concealing stolen property;

• Jason David Gee, 19, Blanchard, false declaration of ownership in a pawn; embezzlement;

• Gerald Wayne Garde, 36, Moore, domestic abuse;

• Ronald Louis Russell, 36, Oklahoma City, unlawful possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a park, after former conviction of a felony;

• Austin Chase Burks, 18, Oklahoma City, two counts of uttering a forged instrument;

• David C. Duncan, 35, Norman, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug;

• Eric Jason Winn, 21, Norman, unlawful possession of controlled drugs in the presence of a child under 12;

• Emily Grace Cheney, 19, Norman, unlawful possession of controlled drugs in the presence of a child under 12;

• Ky Sherron Troutman, 23, Oklahoma City, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute;

• Garrett Sinclair Harris, 21, Norman, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; attempted escape from lawful custody;

• Nathan Wayne Voshall, 28, Oklahoma City, omitting to provide for a child;

• Melissa Dawn Cook, 39, Del City, obtaining cash or merchandise by two or more bogus checks exceeding $500;

• Eric Auther Zimmerman, 26, Norman, larceny from the house;

• Satina Leann Taylor, 19, Norman, grand larceny;

• Jonathan Michael Stapleton, 19, Norman, grand larceny;

• Jeffery Sean Moss, 41, Norman, second-degree burglary; knowingly concealing stolen property.
