A Sommerville, Mass., man is in the Cleveland County Detention Center after he allegedly arranged a sexual encounter with a woman he thought was a 13-year-old virgin, while communicating with her in an Internet chat room. When he arrived at a prearranged Norman location to meet the girl, he was met by detectives instead, according to court documents.
Krishna V. Jain, 42, was charged with attempted indecent proposal to a child; attempted abduction of a person under age 15; use of a computer to violate Oklahoma law; and use of a computer to furnish obscene material to a minor.
Jain is in jail on bonds totaling $110,000, according to a sheriff's deputy.
The woman posing as a 13-year-old virgin was in fact Nikki Delaney, a 36-year-old Colorado resident who works with Norman police detectives in busting would-be pedophiles. Delaney is the owner/operator of U.S. Cyberwatch, an Internet-based organization that tracks would-be child predators (uscyberwatch.com).
Meanwhile, a 44-year-old Norman man, Terry John Love, was charged Friday with making an indecent proposal to a child, after police said he offered to buy an 11-year-old girl a cell phone so that she could "take sexy photographs" of herself.

Bradon Shon Redd, 26, Del City, unlawful trafficking in illegal drugs; possession of a firearm while in commission of a felony;
Tywayne Alfred Barney, 31, Norman, domestic abuse;
Tracy Delray Lesley, 32, Del City, aggravated assault and battery;
David Todd Yancey, 27, Oklahoma City, three counts of knowingly concealing stolen property;
Christopher Michael Miller, 48, Norman, providing false or misleading information on a sex offender registration form;
John William Ruse, 64, Moore, indecent exposure;
Catherine Michelle Randall, 37, Wichita, Kan., knowingly concealing stolen property; unlawful possession of a marijuana substance;
Donovan Blaine Dement, 37, Norman, aggravated operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor;
Charles Dale Slawson, 61, Noble, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug;
Benjamin David Lucas, 38, Oklahoma City, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug;
Lillie Lorraine Belyeu, 36, Moore, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug;
Jesse Lee Ott III, 29, Norman, aggravated operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor; unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug.
