Alleged incident happened in July, September against 8-year-old girl

PURCELL-- An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday by McClain County District Court for Roy Dale Sinks, 22, of Blanchard.
According to an affidavit, Sinks raped an 8-year-old girl at her McClain County home once in July and once in September of this year.
Sinks was charged with two counts of first degree rape Wednesday in McClain County District Court.
Other felonies recently filed includes:
Marcia Sherene Sims, 41, of Lexington, unlawful possession of a controlled, dangerous substance (meth).
Nisha DeVeene Parker, 32, Christopher Vaughn, 20, and Rebecca Ellyson, 24, all of Purcell, unlawful possession of a controlled, dangerous substance (meth) with intent to distribute, possession of paraphernalia.
Ronnie Dean Bailey, Jr., 26, Blanchard, possession of stolen vehicle, unlawful possession of paraphernalia and unlawful possession of imitation meth. According to documents filed in the District Court of McClain County, Bailey was grinding up, then boiling a bone and joint vitamin and intended to sell the imitation concoction to individuals in McClain County.
Danny Lee Linderman, 33, of Washington, domestic abuse-strangulation, domestic abuse in the presence of minor children and threatening a violent act.
