The Norman HOA Alliance will host a candidate forum tonight at 7:30 at the Oklahoma Electric Coop, 242 24 Ave. NW.
The forum is open to the public and will be held in OEC's meeting room.
City Council seats for Wards 2, 4, 6 and 8, as well as the mayor post, are up for election March 2.
Organizers say the City of Norman's Storm Water Master Plan and utilities will be emphasized during the forum, including who fixes drainage problems after a developer leaves and who pays for growth costs for new neighborhoods.
Each candidate will get four minutes for an initial presentation and each will get equal time to respond to questions that arise during the forum.
