A partial outage briefly knocked out at least one phase of electrical power in Norman Monday morning.
The outage was reported about 10:30 a.m. Most power was restored about 11:15 a.m.
OG&E spokesperson Karen Kurtz said the electrical outage affected about 442 customers in central Norman. Workers believe a blown fuse on a feeder line led to the outage.
