NORMAN — Panera Bread in Norman, 2200 W. Main St., will donate a portion of purchases made from 5 to 8 p.m. today to the Center for Children & Families Inc.
“We are excited to be partnering with such a reputable organization like CCFI,” said Aubrey Iasiello, Panera Bread market relations manager. “We enjoy helping organizations who are benefiting the community and our guests.”
The evening also will serve as a kickoff for CCFI’s annual holiday gifting program with a toy and book drive to collect gifts for local children and youth served by the agency.
CCFI is asking resident to bring unwrapped new or very gently used toy, book and movie donations to Panera Bread from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
CCFI said tonight is a great opportunity to spend time together as a family, but also a wonderful way to show children the importance of giving back — espescially as the holidays near.
