NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:

· Marc Anthony Schulz, 42, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· Charlie Tucker Jr., 33, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, obstructing an officer

· Kailee Brooke Wenner, 23, possession of controlled dangerous substance, larceny of merchandise from a retailer

· Bruce Wayne Russell, 37, child endangerment by driving under the influence, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving with a cancelled/suspended/revoked license, failure to carry insurance/security verification form

· Kolton Ray Perry Stehno, 20, domestic abuse assault and battery

· Larry James Echenbacher, 40, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated

· Christopher Bradley Smith, 30, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol

· Michael Brandon Hargis, 35, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol

· Jordan Quinn Harris, 17, kidnapping, domestic assault and battery by strangulation
