Residential Activity — Dec. 26 and Jan. 2.

Ten single-family residential unit permits were issued valued at $1,224,990 with an average value of $122,499.

Four single-family addition/alteration permits were issued valued at $50,990.

One single-family permit was issued to replace a wild fire damaged storage building at 3401 Sexton Dr with a value of $22,000. Only $4.00 was charged.

One demo permit was issued for demolition of a house at 523 E. Main St.

Two single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $589,000 with average value of $294,500.

One single-family addition/alteration permit was submitted valued at $10,000.
