Eight single-family residential unit permits were issued valued at $1,600,350 with an average value of $200,044.

Thirty-One single-family addition/alteration permits were issued valued at $415,640.

One demo permit was issued for demolition of a mobile home at 1400 28th Ave S.W. Lot No. 4.

Four single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $616,000 with average value of $154,000.

Two single-family addition/alteration permits were submitted valued at $13,500.
