Jon Blackman, 15, of Norman recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout. A court of honor was held this week at the Hallbrooke Clubhouse.
Blackman's Eagle project was constuction of a seven-chamber bat house and repair and installation of three small bat houses at the Discovery Cove Nature Center at Lake Thunderbird State Park.
