Thanks for engraved gift

NORMAN — Editor, The Transcript:

Our family recently suffered the sudden loss of our beloved 17-year-old grandnephew. I thought it would be nice to give his mother a nice remembrance gift of her son.

My wife called Mitchell’s Jewelery and spoke to Andrew and told him we were hoping to get a sterling silver heart with Ethan’s name engraved on it, but we needed it within a few hours, as this was a spur of the moment thought.

Andrew said he would get back to us and within an hour, he called to say our gift was ready to be picked up.

The heart, chain and engraving was beautiful. When I went to pay for it, the price was much less than I had expected, so I am sure they gave us some special consideration. They were very gracious to us and offered condolences to our family.

Our gift was in a very nice presentation box placed in a very nice presentation bag.

I would like to say thank you, Mitchell’s, and Andrew expecially, and let them know they are a great asset to the wonderful Norman business community.

Donnie and

Kathy Sarratt
