NORMAN — Editor, The Transcript:

Dear Editor:

The specious argument of voter fraud is simply a thinly veiled attempt to restrict voting at a time when we need desperately more voter involvement. I ask myself why this law is promoted in the first place. I am saddened to surmise it is only to restrict a second faction from proper representation at the polls. The faction, presenting the need for Photo ID, has not been able to demonstrate any meaningful voter fraud and is, surprisingly, the same faction that wants less government control over our actions. Therefore, it is a deceit, an untruth, and obviously a fraud, in and of itself. I urge others to examine which faction is being fraudulent and vote accordingly.
